These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Durak, a card game app for iOS, Android, and web ("the App"), developed by Sava Stosic ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
2. Offline and online play
The App can be played offline against computer opponents with no account and no network connection. Online multiplayer is optional. You may play online as a guest or with an optional account; how account and online data are handled is described in our Privacy Policy (https://durakclassic.com/privacy/).
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, be at least 13 years old, and not create an account for anyone else or impersonate another person. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Account → Delete account) or as described on the account deletion page (https://durakclassic.com/delete-account/).
4. Acceptable use and user content
When you play online you may provide user-generated content, including a public username, and you interact with other players. You agree not to:
- choose a username or send content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- harass, abuse, or harm other players;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, or interfere with the service or other players' play;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no tolerance for objectionable user content or abusive players. You can report objectionable usernames or behavior and block other users from the in-app Friends screen. We review reports and may remove content, reset a username, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
You are solely responsible for the content you provide. We may remove any content or username and may screen usernames against blocklists, but we are not obligated to monitor all content.
5. Purchases
The App offers optional one-time purchases of cosmetic theme packs, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Cosmetic packs are purely cosmetic and never affect game rules or fairness. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or the app store's policies.
Purchases restore only through the platform they were bought on: a pack bought through the App Store restores on your Apple devices, and one bought through Google Play restores on your Android devices. The App keeps no purchase records of its own, so a purchase made on one platform cannot be restored on the other.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access (including your account) if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 7, 8, and 9) survive.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that online play will always be available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the past 12 months or US $10.
9. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above before a new version of the App is released, and your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
